Pak Turk International schools and Colleges Khairpur Branch runs under the auspicious of Pak Turk International Cag Educational Foundation (P.T.I.C.E.F) – a Turkish N.G.O.-  at old premises of  Col. Shah Hostel, Khairpur Mir’s.

P.T.I.C. Educational Foundation was invited to promote the educational standard of the region, through a mutual understanding between district government and P.T.I.C. Educational Foundation at the low cost quality education in Khairpur City. And an MOU was signed between the two parties in 2002 –PTICEF and the District Gov’t- .

It was decided that the old building of Col. Shah Hostel will be renovated by P.T.I.C. Educational Foundation and a full functioning school would be operated in the ruined premises of Col. Shah Hostel. Student fees would be kept within the reach of the people and Pak Turk would not pay a rent to the Dist Gov’t against this service. Pak Turk gave a pledge to the public to provide a modern educational institution with quality education and standard educational materials.

Hence this was fulfilled by the PTISC and several International positions were brought to Pakistan by the students of Pak TurkKhairpur Branch.

1. 1^st Position and a Gold Medal in 17^th International Environmental Project Olympiad 2009
2. 1^st position and 100000 rupi cash prize in 6^th International Science Project Competition, 2009,
3. 3^rd Position in International Dilset Language Olympiad  and 600 US Dollar Cash prize.
4. Participation and 50000 US Dollar Scholarship award in Intel Science Project Competition 2009.

Similarly Pak Turk Students achieved brilliant result in the examinations of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sukkur;

1. 1st Position in All Boys and Girls Pre-Medical Examination with 968 Marks.
2. 2^nd Position in Pre-Engineering Examination with 909 marks 2009.
3. 100 % success in all SSC & HSC Exams.

On the other hand 5 outstanding students are sent to Turkey for the High School Study and 6 others for the University Studies with full Scholarship. The P.T.I.C. Educational Foundation provides scholarship for deserving poor and intelligent students inside the school or out of country in deferent schools and universities of Turkey.

The agreement between PTICEF & the District Government was done for 25 years. In the 9^th year of its service Pak Turk I.S.CKhairpur has gained the love and appreciation of all citizen and dignitaries. “It is very exiting to see our historical Hostel Building functioning as a school properly, in hands of our brothers’ said H.E. Pir Mazhar ul Haq, minister for Education Sindh, during his visit. After seeing the great achievements in the project competitions for such a young school, H.E. Prof Mahboob Sheikh, Chairman BISE Sukkur is quoted saying “Jumma Jumma Chaar Din for Pak Turk”. H.E. Nafisa Shah Jilani MNA, H.E. Manzoor Hussain Wassan Minister for Works & Building, H.E. Nawab Khan Wassan MNA and many other notables has visited the school in different occasions and quoted their admiration to the services rendered by this school.

The P.T.I.C. Educational Foundation will provide the scholarship for deserving poor and intelligent students inside the school or out of country in deferent schools and universities of Turkey.
